Subject: Voice Termination Services - Billing Increment Change for Egypt Fixed and Mobile Networks for Traffic Originated from Tunisia

Dear Customer,

This letter is to inform you that, due to a change implemented by our third-party supplier, effective May 15, 2026, traffic originated from Tunisia (+216) and destined for Egypt Fixed and Mobile networks (+20) will be billed as follows:

• Minimum call duration: 60 seconds
• Subsequent billing increments: 60 seconds

Any calls to Egypt Fixed and Mobile networks involving CLI manipulation, missing CLI (Non-CLI), CLI stripping, or CLI masking will be subject to a surcharge of 10.00 per minute.

This change will be reflected in your next monthly invoice.

If you object to this change, please:

1. Refrain from sending traffic through to the destinations specified in this notice.

2. Contact your account manager.

reserves the right to block incoming international traffic to these destinations unless and until you withdraw your objection or a formal agreement is reached regarding such traffic.

If you continue to send such traffic through on or after May 15, 2026, or otherwise fail to object to this change, your actions will constitute acceptance of this revision.
