The service is designed to allow you to pass phone calls from your customers to your PBXs, contact centers and other transit equipment without changing the original CallerID number.
The transferred CallerID must exist, receive incoming calls and you must be acting on behalf of and for the owner of that number.
Please note that the use of this service is possible only for legitimate purposes, any illegal manipulations are prohibited. In case of reasonable suspicion, the service will be terminated.
Due to regulation changes within the countries below we will no longer be able to confirm correct delivery of CallerID if you use a National CallerID for that country.

Note that local calls may be routed to the IVR by direct vendors for billing purposes. Thus, they may appear as FAS. There is no recalculation of such calls.
Due to the launch of state anti-fraud in the Russian Federation, calls to this direction may be blocked, give incorrect signaling (SIP/480, Q931/41) or directed to IVR in cases where the system suspects the CallerID is incorrect or the CallerID is similar to some Russian numbers, false positives are also not excluded.
You can control the transmission of your CallerID using the SIP P-Asserted-Identity and Privacy Headers *.
The headers are described in RFC 3325.
Due to the fight against fraud, many countries have introduced a ban on skipping local calls.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that such calls will go through.
Complaints will only be accepted if the call is not passed from a non-local number.
A-number must be in the format according to ITU-T E.164 recommendation. If the A-number is not present, not correctly formatted, incomplete, or incorrect, the highest rate for the destination will apply.
When determining the applicable rate for a call, the A-number is determined as the P-Asserted-Identity and this will be used for origin based rating (OBC).
If a number is present in the Redirection Header field, and number is subject to surcharge, SkyTel will retroactive surcharge such traffic with retroactive effects accordingly with the conditions specified in our price list.
